Located at 1323 Boston Road and 1332 Clinton Avenue, the project consists of eight- and seven-story buildings featuring 149 affordable rental units. The apartments serve low-income New Yorkers aged 62 and up, with 30 percent of units reserved for homeless seniors, and the remainder set aside for renters earning up to 50 percent of the area median income level.

The project was developed by Foxy Management, with partners HANAC, Inc. and JLD Advisory, LLC.

Newman Design designed the two buildings, which are connected by a glass greenhouse, and share amenities such as multipurpose rooms, social services, a computer room, and parking. Both structures are designed and built to Passive House standards.
