A new mixed-use complex with rental apartments and commercial space is set to rise on Atlantic Avenue in Bed-Stuy, reports 6sqft.
The project from Douglaston Development, BEB Capital, and Totem, now under construction at 1057 Atlantic Avenue, will consist of a 17-story, approximately 475,000-square-foot building featuring 456 apartments above 31,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Architecture firm dencityworks, the $320 million complex will also include a fitness center, a screening room, a landscaped roof deck.
Completion of 1057 Atlantic is expected in late 2025.
