A mixed-use, high-rise complex featuring 400 affordable apartments and an ALDI grocery store has officially opened in Jamaica, Queens, reports 6sqft.
Archer Green, located 92-23 168th Street, consists of two towers featuring 389 apartments, 15,000 square feet of community space, and the aforementioned ALDI.
6sqft reports that rents at the complex range from as low as $524 per month for studio units to $2,638 per month for a three-bedroom apartment.
The project, which broke ground in 2018, was developed by Omni New York and designed by ESKW/Architects.
The tower towers stand 23 and 20 stories in height, and include a laundry room, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, an outdoor deck, a community lounge, co-working space, and 100 parking spaces, in addition to housing.
