Just south of the Queensboro Bridge (which still lacks a pedestrian path), an 80-story high-rise from Gamma Real Estate and JVP Management is nearing the finish line.

Sutton Tower, located at 430 E. 58th Street in Midtown East's Sutton Place neighborhood, features a total of 120 for-sale residences, which are slated to welcome their first move-ins in Summer 2023.

Lendlease, which served as general contractor on the development, announced the milestone for the project, which broke ground in 2018.

Due to the compact 6,000-square-foot site, the roughly 850-foot tower is highlighted by a 10-foot cantilever over adjacent buildings to either side, starting at the sixth floor and running up the height of the skyscraper.

Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the complex, which only features corner units. Residents will have access to more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a library, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a sports simulator room, a screening room, and a sculpture garden.
