Hudson Yards overlord Related Cos. is launching leasing for the neighborhood's latest residential tower.

The Set, which is located at 455 10th Avenue, features 270 residential units across 44 floors - and is billed as a property that blends a five-star hotel with luxury apartments. The mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments are priced starting at $5,200 per month, with options for six-month and full-year leases.

Handel Architects designed the tower, while MAWD handled building interiors. Images show an array of on-site amenities, including a social club, coworking spaces, and a food and beverage program from Chef Dan Kluger.

The apartments will come with options for different designer furniture and accessory packages, as well as curated art by Sugarlift. Residents will also have access to weekly housekeeping service, grocery service, and laundry service.

The new social club, named "The Set Club," will sit near the top of the building - 500 feet above ground. The space includes a rooftop pool and garden, as well as a dedicated concierge. Other amenities include a private dining room, a screening room, a game room, and a gym.

The tower's design employs glass, metal and terracotta on its exterior - materials which the design team felt matched the surroundings.

“We wanted the exterior expression to feel residential and inviting, but also have a timeless quality,” said Handel Architects partner Frank Fusaro in a news release. “Terracotta was the perfect accent material since it provides that feeling of warmth. We used a bronze finish to visually connect the tower to the low-rise brick buildings nearby. Overall the building’s exterior expression is one of quiet sophistication in a busy New York City neighborhood.”
