Sales Launched at 22-Story Mixed-Use Condo on Anable Basin

Paragon is in the final stages of construction and sales efforts have begun on the 182-unit luxury condo project by ZD Jasper; a 22-story structure on the banks of Anable Basin in Long Island City. 

Archimaera has designed the the 240'-tall structure that rises from the rear section of the property, where the existing 4-story warehouse, formerly Paragon Paint Factory, has been repurposed with 10,200 SF of commercial space and building amenities such as fitness center, golf simulator, karaoke rooms and pickleball courts below a landscaped rooftop terrace. 

The building's exterior is characterized by copper-trimmed fenestrations and staggered spandrels, while MAWD | March and White Design handled interiors that reflect a soft warmth with the use of white oak in millwork and flooring, as well as white light marble surfaces. 

ZDJ Construction Inc., affiliated with ZD Jasper, is listed as the general contractor. Marketing materials indicated move-ins beginning as early as November, with sales managed by Serhant. Prices range from $765,000 for studios and up to $2,075,000 for their 3-beds.
