Here's a peek at Olympia, the 33-story residential tower now under construction at 33 Front Street in DUMBO, perfectly positioned between the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.

Developer Fortis Property Group launched a teaser site this week for the 270-foot tower which shows off the building's sail-inspired form, cascading balconies, and undulating glass facade, all of which angle towards the water.

The architect behind the design is Hill West, while interiors are the vision of Workstead

Sales for Olympia's 76 residences (one to five-bedrooms, plus penthouses) will launch this summer and be priced from $1.65 million. The building will offer 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a lounge, a sauna and spa, gym, yoga room, and swimming pool. Move-ins are pegged for next summer.

The building’s name is a nod to Brooklyn's past and is drawn from DUMBO's former life as a historic village called Olympia, says the developer. Olympia was part of the Parish of Brookland which later became the City of New York.
