The project, dubbed Hoboken Connect, was revealed last week by New Jersey Transit, the City of Hoboken, and developer LCOR. The site, located on the Hoboken waterfront, would include:

  • a 20-story office tower with ground-floor retail space;
  • 389 residential units (including a 20 percent affordable set-aside)
  • new green space; and
  • renovations to historic buildings such as the Lackawanna Terminal.
