Renderings have emerged for a project billed as Fifth Avenue's tallest all-residential condo development.
The project from Five Points Development Group, named for its address at 262 Fifth Avenue, consists of an approximately 52-story, 860-foot-tall building containing just 26 full-floor and duplex homes.
The tower, which stands at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 29th Street, is the first New York project for architecture firm Meganom and Norm Architects, which is designing interiors.
The project's condos are being marketed by Nikki Field and Ben Pofcher of the Field Team at Sotheby’s International Realty. Private showings for 262 Fifth Avenue begin and May, with units priced starting at $7.5 million for "simplex" residences, $8.75 million for mezzanine units, and $18 million for duplexes.
Other members of the project team include architect of record SLCE Architects.
