Facade work is underway at 220 E. 9th Street, where a six-story mixed-use residential development replaces a three-story parking garage.
The 75-foot-tall building contains 18 residential units with sizes ranging from one to four beds, with an average size of over 1,700 square feet per unit.
The development is lead by Arcus and designed by Colberg Architects. Renderings by the marketing team, Hudson Advisory, show a contemporary take on a traditional brick facade with regular interval windows and a Dutch gable-inspired penthouse level flanked by rooftop gardens. Interior renderings show an industrial exposed concrete and white oak millwork finishes.
A leasing website indicates an anticipated completion date at the end of 2026.
