The 133,000 SF, 280' Tall structure is being built by CM & Associates with Studio Sofield filling the role as the project designer and Hill West as the Architect of Record.

With a design about as classic and elegant as they come, the building is notable for its wedding-cake massing, with setbacks on the upper floors that provide multiple outdoor terraces for each unit.
