Facade Work Nears Completion at 6-Story Residential

Checking-in on 110 Boerum Pl, which is claimed by both Boerum Hill & Cobble Hill, where construction crews are nearly finished with the exterior facade work and will focus on finishing the interiors of the 21-unit residential project.

Avdoo Partners is operating as the developer with partner Aksoy Holdings for the stately brick building made up of a mix 2-bed to 5-bed units in neighborhood-scaled 6-story, 70,000 SF package. 

The handsome design comes from Brooklyn-based Architect, Brent Buck Architect, where tasteful and simple intersect. Notable elements of the design come from the inset balconies, behind a satisfying symmetry of window openings and balconettes. 

110 Boerum Pl. replaces a 2-story commercial building, last home to a UFC Gym. Signage indicates completion in the Spring of 2027
