The installation of facade elements are nearly complete at 370 Livingston, a collection of 3 integrated 24-story buildings making up the condominium project on the southern tip of Downtown Brooklyn.

Designed by FRW Architects and developed by Yitchock Katz of Goose Property Management, the 297-unit mixed-used residential project will also contain 3,400 SF of retail on the ground floor.

Mathematicians out there may be crunching the numbers to reveal the convenient division of 297 units by 3 "unique" buildings, yielding 99 units a piece, allowing developers to skirt NYS Law 485-x, requiring higher wages for tradesmen or inclusion of affordable units for projects with 100+ units.

Developing NY State, a general contractor-tied to Yitchock Katz holds the permit on the 254'-tall building(s) with floor-to-ceiling windows and extruded aluminum cladding.

The completion timeline is not listed, but a conservative estimate for TCO would be February 2027. Replaced by this project, a collection of 4-story pre-war brick buildings
