Demolition is nearly complete at 42-73 Hunter Street, where Ke Ju Construction Corp. hopes to eventually build a 12-story, 37-unit residential project on a site that previously housed a dry cleaner and home security office.
A NG & A NG Architect Studios is working its way through plan examination with DOB on what could be yet another active construction site in the relatively small pocket of Queens.
Filling documents indicate a 120-foot-tall structure, with a rear yard dedicated to seven parking spaces, in a building clad with bronze and grey composite panels.
