Developer BRP Companies recently announced the topping out of 90Ninety, a 614-unit, mixed-income residential development located at 166-20 90th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Once complete, the 12-story building is slated to deliver 614 residential units that will be a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, with 185 units available to residents earning 80 percent and 130 percent of the area median income. The development will also feature 25,000 square feet of retail space, 15,000 square feet of resident amenity spaces and 5,000 square feet of community space to the downtown Jamaica community.
“Once complete, 90Ninety will serve as another contributor to the vibrant culture and rapid growth being seen across the Downtown Jamaica community and we’re thrilled to be playing a role within the neighborhood’s continued evolution,” said Meredith Marshall, co-founder and managing partner of BRP Companies.
Amenities at 90Ninety will include a fitness center, rooftop and resident lounges; co-working spaces, an outdoor courtyard and green spaces; a half basketball court, a children’s playroom, pet facilities and an attended lobby.
The project’s construction is being led by Skycore Builders and completion is expected in July 2025. Leasing at 90Ninety is projected to commence in Fall 2024.
