Vertical construction is nearly complete at 92 Boerum Pl. where crews are pouring the 6th level of the 6-story condo project on the northern boundary of Cobble Hill, a block south of Downtown Brooklyn.  

Local Developer Eilat Realty Group is behind the approximately 15,000 SF, 70'-tall project on the corner of Boerum Pl. and Pacific Ave which will ultimately contain 6 units with an average size of 1,900 SF a piece. 

StudioSC has been tapped for the design of the project, though no renderings are available online, while B.O.S.S. Associates, holds the general construction permit.
