Facade work is underway at 220 E. 9th where a 6-story mixed-use residential development replaces a 3-story parking garage. The 75' tall building contains 18 residential units with sizes ranging from 1-bed to 4-bed and an average square footage of over 1,700SF per unit.
Facade Rendering North Elevation
The development is lead by Arcus and designed by Colberg Architects. Renderings by the marketing team, Hudson Advisory, show a contemporary take on a traditional brick facade with regular interval windows and a Dutch gable-inspired penthouse level flanked by rooftop gardens. Interior renderings show an industrial exposed concrete and white oak millwork finishes.
The leasing website indicates completion at the end of 2026.
