A new apartment tower is on the rise in Downtown Brooklyn, reports YIMBY.

The Michaels Organization, as well as joint venture partners Triangle Equities and Geolo Capital, have broken ground on a new 40-story residential building located at 111 Willoughby Street. Plans call for a total of 227 residential units, as well as a 20,000-square-foot ministry center for the St. Boniface Parish and 1,814 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

GF55 Architects is designing the tower, which will stand 437 feet in height and feature a facade of white, gray, and bronze-colored metal.

The $123-million project is slated to open in 2025.
