Three years after rezoning paved the way for the addition of 5,000 new apartments to Inwood, a Philadelphia-based firm is capitalizing with plans to redevelop a parking structure with housing.

The Real Deal reports that Arden Group recently filed plans with the city to construction a 20-story mixed-use building at 4650 Broadway. The proposed 351,000-square-foot building at 4650 Broadway would feature 222 dwellings.

Handel Architects is reported to be the architect designing the proposed high-rise.

Arden Group acquired the property for $54 million in 2019.
