19-Story Mixed-Use Condo Approach Finish Line

Sales have begun at the Henry, as crews work to complete the remaining interior work on 211 W 84th St. where a 19-story mixed-use condo project nears the finish line on the Upper West Side. 

The office of late Robert A.M. Stern is credited with the design of this 45 unit, 220' tall structure proudly positioned on a busy corner of Broadway; the characteristic RAMSA design was realized by Naftali Group and Titanium Construction. 

Contextually aligned with neighborhood and the design language of RAMSA, the building is clad in brick and limestone, with classical detailing and wedding cake massing; an expectedly handsome build.

 Currently 2 Penthouses are listed as available through Compass' sales and marketing site, pricing for the top level units is approximately $28M for peak Upper West Side living. 

Sadly, the building's construction necessitated the demolition of several stately properties, including a large Richardsonian residential structure on the corner of the block and the beautifully-ornamented Beaux Arts Eagle Court residences; among others. 

Completion is expected by end of year.
