An 8-story mixed-use residential building rises at 140 Lexington on a narrow lot on the edge of Kips Bay in Midtown.
The project team details are limited; the property is being redeveloped by local developer Idan Magen of Irving on Decatur, and built by 345 Management Group, neither have an online presence of their own.
Issac & Stern Architects is the architect of record for the 95'-tall structure, which is comprised of 12 units averaging 1,200 SF as well as approximately 900 SF of retail on the ground floor.
From the architect, "The architecture of 140 Lexington Avenue is a harmonious blend of modernity and elegance. The building features large windows that allow for ample natural light, enhancing the living experience for its residents. These expansive windows are complemented by a sophisticated stone veneer and brick facade, giving the building a sleek and clean appearance."
The building rises on the site of parking lot. The timeline for completion is not available, but based on current progress, it seems likely to be Q3 2027.
