NYCHPD is redeveloping the property with 190 units of 100% affordable housing earmarked for seniors. Handel Architects is listed as the architect of record on the 192' tall structure with little in the way of architectural flair.
Completion is expected in Fall 2027 according to posted signage. The under construction building replaces single story community facility.
