For those who earn between $63,000 and 238,000, combined rental rates are posted as low as $1,680 per month for one-bedroom units and $2,002 per month for two-bedroom units within a newly developed 9-story building, located three blocks from the nearest subway stop at Coney Island  / Stillwell Ave., served by the D, F, N & Q lines.
