Construction Commences on Narrow Luxury Condos Along Broadway

Construction crews are on-site preparing for foundation work to begin at 2160 Broadway where a 150' structure will soon rise on a narrow lot along Broadway on the Upper West Side. 

V.A.N. Construction is responsible for building the 13-story, luxury condominium project with design coming from ZArchitecture. The 21,000 SF building will include approximately 900 SF of retail area on the ground floor. 

The use of grey brick cladding and black window frames, with rounded elements throughout present as a contextual and relatively attractive upgrade for the unusually narrow corner lot. 

Construction completion is projected as Summer of 2028. The project replaces a 4-story bank building.
