Trammell Crow Company subsidiary High Street Residential has announced the completion of vertical construction on the company's first Manhattan project.
The Marq, located at 126 Lafayette Street in Soho, is a 25-story residential tower that will include 99 residential units, 2,072 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 25 affordable units at a blended area median income of 60 percent.
Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes, as well as three-bedroom penthouses. In addition to housing, plans call for a gym, a sauna, a meditation room, a demonstration kitche, co-working space, and a sky-terrace on the top floor.
“We are pleased to have reached this exciting milestone on our first project in Manhattan. Our aim is for The Marq to reflect the vibrancy and elegance of this iconic community of SoHo,” said High Street Residential principal Michael Adamo. “This neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering future residents unparalleled access to world-class dining, boutique shopping, art galleries, and cultural institutions. With its proximity to major transit hubs and green spaces like Hudson River Park, SoHo remains one of New York City's most desirable locations for residential development. We're proud to bring this project to life.”
Other members of the project team include Marvel Architects, Leeding Builders Group, and interior designer Chris Shao Studio.
Completion of The Marq is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
