Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is approaching the 25 percent mark on vertical construction at 30-25 Queens Blvd, where a 554-foot-tall structure will become home to nearly 600 more residential units in the bustling section of Queens.
The project is being developed by Largavista in partnership with Baron Property Group (BPG) and design by CetraRuddy. When finished, the more than 500,000-squarepfoot project will be divvied up into 451 rental apartments, with 30 percent earmarked affordable (137 total) and 142 condo units for sale. The 46 story project is being built directly above the Queens Plaza subway station and adjacent to the Long Island Railroad's Sunnyside Yards.
In addition to the residential program, and 21,000 square feet of retail on the first two floors, the project also includes the following amenities per BPG: "The property will offer a comprehensive amenity package, including a fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts, coworking spaces, outdoor lounges, and a rooftop swimming pool"
The project shares the address with 29-10 Northern Blvd, where a gas station last operated in 2008.
Completion is expected sometime in 2028 according to LBG.
