Check-in on Seven-Story Residential Mixed Use in Tribeca

Checking in on 14 White Street, where a seven-story mixed-use luxury residential project has received Landmark's approval to resume facade installation on the prominent corner in Tribeca. 

The project team includes KURV Architecture as Architect of Record, working with DXA Studio on concept design, and NAVA for interiors. The project construction is managed by Central with TYLin listed as Engineer of Record. 

The project, which began in 2022, nears a major "Dry-In" milestone and is being prepared for full-scale facade installation, where chamfered and diamond etched bronze panels will clad the large and continuous band of windows on each level; which according to the architect are sized on a parametric gradient so that windows get larger as they move up and away from the bottom center of the building so that no two windows are the same size.

An emphasis on durability, precision, and honest expression ensures long-term performance while reinforcing a clear architectural identity. Once completed, the project hopes to achieve ultra-efficient passive house certification. The project replaces a longtime parking lot, a completion date for the project is not currently posted. Sales are managed by Eklund Gomes of Douglas Elliman, with units listing between $3.6 million and up to $20 million for the penthouse.
