Developer Grid Group has unveiled a new rendering and a teaser website for The Myles at 142 West 21st Street, a new condominium development rising in Chelsea.

The project, designed by BKSK Architects, is a 13-story structure that will feature 22 condominiums with parking for 16 vehicles. The homes will each include home offices, laundry rooms, and butler's pantries, while most will incorporate balconies or terrace decks. On-site amenities include a fitness terrace, and a rooftop deck with lounge, dining, and barbeque spaces.

The Myles includes mostly four- and five-bedroom condominiums, with prices ranging from $5.975 million to penthouses asking $12.5 million. Two-bedroom units ask $2.995 million.

The building, described as a modern interpretation of classic Chelsea architecture, is clad in a combination of brick, terracotta, and metal panels above a two-level stone base. The entry is wrapped in a bronze canopy.

Nicole Hechter and Masayo Hashimoto of Corcoran New Development are leading sales and marketing for the project.
