A mixed-use project featuring centered on multifamily housing is on the rise in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The project, now rising at 11 Weirfield Street, will consist of a seven-story building featuring housing 10 residential units atop 2,160 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 2,563 square feet of community facilities, according to YIMBY.
BFS Architect is designing the slim, low-rise building, which will have a brick facade and glass-enclosed terraces on some units.
The developer is currently listed as the entity 11 Weirfield, LLC, with E&M Builders Group as the project's contractor.
Completion is expected in Summer 2023.
